Documentum Monitoring
Introduction
Solfit's Monitoring solution for Documentum provides Documentum specific monitoring probes, enhancing a standard monitoring framework, ManageEngine Application Manager.Architecture Overview
All the probes are incorporated in ManageEngine, a customizable tool for monitoring tasks. A comprehensive web portal is available to see the results. The Documentum probes can also publish their results to MSFT event logs and these event logs can then be scanned by OpenView, Tivoli, Patrol and Unicenter to post any alerts/events to a centralized monitoring system. The Documentum probes are developed using an array of tools and languages including java, docbasic, idql, iapi, http and TCP/IP requests.Monitoring Checks Overview
