Solfit makes your environment run smoothly and at optimal performance. We offer the following services for UNIX/Linux, Mac, Windows systems integration and administration (both physical as well as virtual environments like ESX servers):

System Engineering: System architecture and design, fail-over, replication, cluster and backup concepts, hard- and software evaluation, feasibility studies, test procedure planning, system data and application migration planning.

System Tuning and Setup: Hardware and software tuning, analysis of possible bottlenecks in system and database, network parameter tuning, security setup (system hardening), Virtualization setup, fail-over, RAID plus firewall and clustering setup.

System Maintenance: Change- and patch management, backup, restore, disaster recovery on the system- and database level, system monitoring and pro-active reactions on system events, cluster maintenance and data archiving.

System Administration: Definition of Service Level Agreements and Service Operation Manuals, System event and usage reporting, case and ticket management.


First, we analyze the requirements and then recommend and implement the necessary changes. Combined with our support of their systems, our customers get both a well documented and perfectly tuned environment. As we regularly monitor (both on-site as well as off-site) their systems we are able to provide our customers with any necessary information to avoid bottlenecks and other typical problems.
